Couch to 5K Program

So on New Years Day, I started the couch to  5 k program that will get me running a 5K in a little over 3 months. I have already seen how much I have improved and have already scheduled to run some 5K this year because I have that much confidence in myself that I will make it and become a runner. It has also helped with my BJJ and not being gassed out after a few minutes as well as helping me breath.

Below I am going track the date that I hit the days of the programs, my pace and distance completed.

Week 1 Day 1 – Pace: 17:59 mile Distance: 1.03 miles

Week 1 Day 2 – Pace: 17:42 mile Distance: 1.04 miles

Week 1 Day 3 – Pace: 17:31 mile Distance: 1.06 miles

Week 2 Day 1 – Pace: 17:32 mile Distance: 1.08 miles

Week 2 Day 2- Pace:  17:22 mile Distance: 1.09 miles

Week 2 Day 3- Pace:  18:16 mile Distance: 1.04 miles

Week 3 Day 1- Pace:  17:44 mile Distance: 0.85 miles

Week 3 Day 2- Pace:  18:19 mile Distance: 0.82 miles
